@anjasola , once EE are ready to send the phone to you, you will receive confirmation and once it has been dispatched, DPD will contact you the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Always had phones delivered pronto by EE, most usually next day hence my concern /post.

@anjasola , it is a very busy time just before Christmas and with strikes and the weather, there can also be delays, unfortunately.
