      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hello on 09/09/2022 I did an earlier update. &amp;nbsp;I added a new iPhone pro max gold to it. &amp;nbsp;on 6.10 I called the service office to find out about my parcel. &amp;nbsp;I got a message that it was delivered to the ee store on September 15th. &amp;nbsp;I did not receive any notification from the ee store at the brent cross shopping Center. &amp;nbsp;So I went to pick up the package but it turned out that it is not. &amp;nbsp;they sent it back because 14 days have already passed since delivery. &amp;nbsp;I paid for the phone and earlier updates, but no one knows where my package is. &amp;nbsp;I called your team but no one helped me. &amp;nbsp;in the store I was also told that the phone will be at the end of the week but unfortunately it did not happen. &amp;nbsp;I would like to finally get my phone for which I paid with the new contract, but no one knows what to do next and how to help me&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
