I've ordered the Google 6a with fitbit watch but when I got the confirmation email it doesn't mention the watch does this mean I won't get the watch

You need to claim it.

On the page where you ordered it from under Features you can read under Google Pixel 6a GWP T&C's (not obvious that it's "Google Watch Promotion" admittedly):
