I upgraded my phone on the 25th nov over the phone and had a email to say thank you for my order but nothing else since! When I go to track my order it comes up in red letters saying can’t do this at that time

i had a Apple Watch order which came in 3 days so not sure why my phones isn’t here

has anyone else had order problems
