    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded my phone and the new phone was sent out in the post. I missed the 1st delivery attempt as I was at work and then I was in the house for the 2nd delivery attempt but didn't hear a thing even though I was in the room next to the door. I then rearranged for another day and they did not even attempt it. Then the next day they say they are returning my order to EE. I haven't received any other updates from EE or DPD for two days. Can anybody from EE help with this as this is now over a week since I purchased the upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3288609"&gt;@CiaranSchofield&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; DPD will only attempt to deliver the device to you twice on the failed second attempt it’s then returned back to EE. &amp;nbsp;Once EE have processed that return are you be able to upgrade again. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Has your account gone back to you being able to upgrade again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
