      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my contract last night &amp;amp; was able to order a 256GB Samsung Galaxy S22 in purple. It was marked as available to order, not green "in stock".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anybody know roughly how long this may take to be available for despatch at all please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you James.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried several times so far this morning to contact EE but get an automated message saying the service is temporarily unavailable when I call via 150.&lt;BR /&gt;The online portal says there is no information regarding my order.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm now at a bit of a loss.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from my Galaxy</description>
