yes it was my upfront payment .. and my order was camcel because of my credit score!!

Does the payment show as completed or pending in your bank account?

yes payment show in account…it was a 16 nov when i was send the money

You will receive a refund, but if you want more answers, please ring customer service, we cannot answer here.
