When did you order ? What colour and storage size did you order as all 128Gb models have a “Expect despatch in more than 28 days”

@graciebabe391 There is a waiting period and depending on what colour and storage size you ordered you’ll be waiting from around 7 days to over 28 days. There is a backlog of orders that have to be delivered and EE only have stock for orders that was made before yours. EE do not have any stock as these are sent out on the first come first served and the backlog of orders will be delivered first. You’ll be sent a tracking number one a device is allocated to you.

Thank you Chris for replying along with others. I decided to cancel the iPhone 14 pro max and have ordered the iPhone plus which is in stock. Ans should receive it soon.
