      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;I had to upgrade my contract phone as my old one which is over 3 years old charger connection stopped working.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to contact EE about it as I am using my old sim card in the new mobile and still getting charged over £55 for a phone which is no longer working. This has been going on for 3 months.&amp;nbsp; I feel like I'm being fobbed off by EE and may go elsewhere. What can I do as I am loosing money each month.&amp;nbsp; Please help.....&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I don't want the old phone anymore as its not working - I tried going&lt;BR /&gt;through the options and I want to talk to a human not computer if you know&lt;BR /&gt;what I mean.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So do you have two contracts running at the same time, &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/666267"&gt;@markfa1&lt;/a&gt;? The only way you will get this resolved is by speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt;. There are a few options to speak to different departments.&lt;/P&gt;
