Hi I did an online order when I try to track it just says error can't see when it's out for delivery etc

The ref number doesn't work no text no Email and nothing from DPD

Been trying for 2days no answer no reply on twitter still no text or email from ee or dpd and still no item and the online order status is a waste of time
