I placed an order earlier today and ive had an email saying ‘successful order’ does this mean all checks have been made and I’ll get an update when it’s sent out? Or could the order still be cancelled

Hi @Sam1013.

If you've received a confirmation email of your order then it has been successful.

You'll get a text from DPD when your order is on the way.

EE had accepted my order for an iPhone 14 no upfront cost, someone’s rang of this number 01942 901150 to tell me I have to pay 50 upfront, is this number genuine because I’d already had the email to say my order was successful

Hi @Sam1013.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check of an amount is due to be paid upfront. They'll be able to check your account and see if this is a real caller.
