I ordered a playstation 5 yesterday and received the "thankyou for your order" email with the order number, and the £10 upfront cost has been taken, but I havent received anything since, and the order number won't work in the track my order part. It said that it takes 2-3 days delivery on the website and I'm just a bit worried that it hadn't completely processed 🙈

If you received a confirmation email, then your order has gone through successfully.

You'll get a text from DPD when it is ready for delivery.

It's been almost 2 days and still not able to track my order, or had any other email.. Is that normal?
