Have you had any contact from DPD?

They'll send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.

I am also having this same issue, which is highly frustrating.I placed an order for the google pixle 7 pro on Tuesday 27th November and am yet to here anything from EE or DPD.

I only decided to upgrade early before end of my contract in a few months because my phone speaker appears to be playing up.

EE have felt it appropriate to take my early uograde fee of £175 but fail to be able to update me on my actual order status.

I find this service disgraceful so far and very disappointing has i have been a EE customer for very many years.

I have heard nothing from either ee or dpd.
I have a order confirmation but nothing regarding the delivery of my new phone
