iPhone 14 pro back order

I ordered a new iPhone 14 pro 256gb on Friday 21st October and was told it would take 7 days. I need this before I go on holiday and the my current phone return is due on the 6th November, is there any way to get an update on the expected delivery?

I ordered the 512 14Pro in the 17th of October and had no update of when it will be arriving either. I don’t mind waiting if they’re short of supply, but EE should be honest and upfront with is and at least let us know roughly when we can expect it. days, weeks, months?! no idea!

Deep Purple.

EE said it would take up to 7 days on the day I ordered.

I went for black, figured there’d be less demand compared to the new colours 🤣 I may have been wrong on that call though!

The current estimate for the iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple is to expect dispatch within 14 days. Hopefully you'll hear from DPD soon.

Hi, that’s great thank you for the info!

It would be great to get this info added to the orders/tracking section of the website, something along the lines of ‘estimated dispatch date: x days’ etc.

Would just help keep people in the loop and save us all having to come on here and moan and bug your team for answers 😉

So would be 14 days from the time of the order?

I go away at the end of the week and I wanted it before I leave otherwise I’ll have to cancel the order because I won’t be there to receive it.

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb in Space Black just over 4 weeks ago. Has anyone else had to wait over a month so far or can I expect to hear soon? Is there a supply problem that’s pushing back the initial 28 days I was told by EE?

I got told last Wednesday I would wait 14 days so takes me to the 7th of Dec,spoke to ee today and a man said not sure why I've been told that as people ordering today have a delay

I ended up calling them, and got told that the order automatically gets cancelled after 14 days if they haven’t shipped it (for an upgrade at least anyway). Which is probably why my tracker wasn’t displaying it.

They reordered for me on the phone and arrived 3 days later.

If any of you are waiting, just give them a call instead of wasting your time in here. As it seems like they just make up an answer to your questions without actually checking your account and order details!!
