Just wanted to give an update, after 6 weeks of waiting my phone is finally due to be delivered tomorrow. Ordered on 17th of October and not had any updates apart from ‘ your order is on track’ every week until today I got text from dpd. Hopefully others get theirs too!

I can’t even track mine it just says you can’t track this type of order been saying that almost a month absolutely no update to anything

Mines was doing the exact same thing, means it’s a long way off from being dispatched. You’ll eventually get emails Saying order is on track and then hopefully moves after that. Mines took 4 weeks from the on track emails started to eventually being dispatched.

I’m just angry that the lady in the shop assured us we would have it in time for my sons 18th birthday which is on Sunday, I’m gutted, I also paid quite a bit upfront too and paid off old contract, so hundreds of pounds 😏

Yeah I completely understand your frustration I was told 14 days and it went past 6 weeks on Monday. I was assured my order would be here by November 10th when I went on holiday and also paid £330 for my early upgrade. Was told 3 different things by ee colleagues who I was calling for updates. Fingers crossed your son gets his phone soon
