Hi,

I ordered the IPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb in Space Black on 25th October. I was told I would get it within 21 days. Is there anyway I could get an update on when you will be expecting the Iphones to be in stock or even an estimate of how long I will wait to get one.

Welcome to the community,

Due to production problems in China, due to strict Covid restrictions, it will depend how many ordered at the same time or before you and are waiting, as orders are delivered on a first come first serve.

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

If you want more information, I would suggest ringing customer service, they may have more of an idea.

Nope. Nothing yet.

I keep calling customer service and keep getting the same response. They keep telling me to wait a couple more days. I'm really fed up to be honest.😒

I'm going to call again today to see what's going on. Will see what they say this time.

Let’s see if they say the same to you what they’ve told me, their next delivery for space black 128 is going to be on Monday which ours are in that delivery…….. apparently

Oh really. They refused to give me any information like that and I asked them so many times. They just told me to wait and said there's nothing else they can do other than cancel the order.

Well, thank you for that. Hopefully I'll get it by Tuesday/ Wednesday then.

I ordered mine on 28th October and haven’t heard anything yet I keep calling and getting the same answers but this one guy I spoke to put £20 credit on my account that’s all I’ve had so far.

I'm still waiting for my iPhone 14 Pro max 128gb space black ordered on the 29/10/2022 not had any notification yet or on the dpd app guess I'm waiting another week at least.

Hi I just had a notification from the dpd app saying we have received your order details and were expecting your parcel shortly. When I got the notification on the top of my phone it said to be delivered on the 1st of December but when I look on the app there is no specified date so fingers crossed we shall see. I will keep you updated

where did you find the tracking number to use for the DPD app? i ordered mine on 29/10 and had nothing since?

This will be provided by DPD when they have your order ready for delivery.

You can check the app using the email address and postcode to show any scheduled deliveries.

I didn't have one. If you download the dpd app and put in you're address it will tell you when you have a parcel being delivered for that address.
