Order Update

Hi,

I placed an upgrade order on the 28th Oct for the IPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB in Space Black, at the time the order estimate on the website was Dispatch within 28 Days, now on the website it states Over 28 Days, just wondering if there’s any ETA, I keep checking the Order Tracker and DPD but nothings updated. I understand there are major supply chain issues with Apple in China which is obviously the root cause of the delays but wondered if there was anyone that has received there’s recently that ordered around the same time?

I ordered the same device a day later and have not gotten any information on delivery, I was told I would get it within 14 days.

Back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from our supplier.

You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is in stock, please get in touch on 150.

I ordered the same device on the 3rd November, to be delivered within 21 days. I was told it would actually be sooner than this. Then I was told it ‘will be delivered on the 24th’ (it wasn’t). Still waiting, nearly a month since I placed my order.

Hi I just had a notification from the dpd app saying we have received your order details and were expecting your parcel shortly. When I got the notification on the top of my phone it said to be delivered on the 1st of December but when I look on the app there is no specified date so fingers crossed we shall see. I will keep you updated.

Hey,

I haven’t had a notification but just looked on the DPD app after you mentioned it and it’s updated now, says there’s a delay in my area of 1 day, so hopefully tomorrow or Friday!

Just an update I received my phone today hopefully you all get yours soon it was a iPhone 14 Pro max black 128gb ordered on the 29/10/2022
