Hi. I placed an order online on Friday. I called on Friday after I placed the order and was told my order had been accepted and I would receive an email/text with my dispatch/delivery details on for Monday. I have not received anything yet.

Hi I’ve experienced the same issue. Ordered my upgrade on 28th November still haven’t received any dispatch info but money has been taken from my account. I ordered an iPhone 13 5G 128GB Midnight.
