I ordered a phone on Saturday and I’ve not received any tracking information yet or updates about the order. I’m very worried

I did exactly the same and I have received no updates or tracking number…going to give it today then I’m going to try ring them, I hope you get yours sorted 🥺

Same... but ordered Friday. Think it may be a common issue then. I'd been getting worried myself.

I wouldn’t get your hopes up. I ordered on the 4th of November and I’m still waiting. I was told 5 days lead time, then 2 weeks and now 28 days.
