      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a blue iPhone 14 128gb yesterday as I upgraded my phone. M had email with the order and they took the £30 upgrade fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;but no more. My account is still showing I can upgrade and no further emails. Tried the tracking but it isn’t working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;will I get another confirmation email with delivery date?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
