Upgrade order

I ordered a blue iPhone 14 128gb yesterday as I upgraded my phone. M had email with the order and they took the £30 upgrade fee.
but no more. My account is still showing I can upgrade and no further emails. Tried the tracking but it isn’t working.
will I get another confirmation email with delivery date?

If you ordered over the weekend your order likely isn't processed yet.

That phone is in stock, @Norrahs. If you don't hear from DPD tomorrow, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
