I ordered my device on the 2nd of November and I'm still awaiting delivery. I was told on the phone it will be a 'maximum of 21 days' and was told this will 'probably be earlier.' Tomorrow will the 21st day and I'm yet to hear anything. Still no tracking number.

I'm a bit frustrated as my friend on o2 managed to get the exact same device a couple of days back within 5 days, for considerably less per month.

When am I actually expected to receive my device?

I also ordered an iPhone 14 Pro max 128gb space black on the 29/10/2022 told that i would get it within 14 days and nothing. I contacted them and they say I should have it soon whenever that is.

I spoke to them today as it's exceeding the date I was told it would be here when making my order, but now they're not even giving an estimate. 😞
