I had a call from ee today and ordered a iPhone 11 on a 24 month contract but I can’t find my deal on my ee account

@Damodeakin1 How do you know they were from EE ? I hope you didn’t give your account password or bank details over the phone. I highly recommend you call customer services to get this looked in to.
