iPhone 14 Pro Max Update!

Considering it's on a "first come first served basis" I ordered my new iPhone 14 pro Max, 2 weeks ago and no update on delivery. My partner who is new to EE ordered just last Thursday and his is being dispatched today, just 4 days later! And I can't get a time scale on mine. 😞 how long are people waiting, ordered silver 128gb?

I ordered the deep purple 128gb on the 17th of October and still nothing!

I've read people ordered theirs much later after mine, same model and colour and received theirs.

I've already asked for compensation from EE, any further than this week and I'll definitely be asking to speak to someone higher for more. It's ridiculous.

I just don't understand how they are saying it's on a first come first serve basis when it clearly isn't! I have been with EE for 5 years but my partner just joined last week and he'll get his brand new phone everyone else has been waiting weeks for!

When I ordered 17th October, they told me 28 days. Now I'm being told they don't know, it could be another 28 days from today.

Lol I ordered 2 weeks before you ordered, I’m still waiting! Was told under 21 days the day I ordered, then that dropped to 14 days….. then told 21 ……. Then over 28 ……. Can’t get a straight answer from EE. 🙄🙄🙄

Just spoke to EE been told 14 pro max 128gb space black latest order will arrive to them on the 28/11 I should get it sometime next week ! Definitely not under 21 days as I was told at ordering ( 25/10 ).

I called today and was told it would be up to another 28 days (ordered deep purple 128gb pro max on 21/10). Seems like they’re saying anything at this point!

Had an update today that supposedly it’s to do with location too and how close the warehouse is etc, not sure if this is true but crossing everything we all get our devices soon
