Hello how can I track an item I’m waiting on delivery of? I was told I could just use my phone number in the DPD app but it is still asking me for a tracking number and I have not been sent this?

Welcome to the community.

I think you can search on the DPD app with your address. You'll only be able to track once DPD have the parcel though. Have you had any messages from them?

i dont receive my tracking number, only confirmation email. I thought it will be delivered yesterday at argos longbridge. where can I find it?

Have you downloaded the DPD app?

If you use the email address and postcode you entered at checkout, this will show you any deliveries scheduled for the address you have selected?

Hi,

I ordered the phone thru call. so I dont have the tracking number. I only
received the confirmation letter.
