Hello

so I recently went into TWO EE stores this week for the new iPhone 14 pro max in black and both stores completely out of stock.. not being funny but how can a phone shop be out of stock of the latest phones? It makes no sense to me, so I have had to order one and saying a wait of atleast 21 days……. I’m abit gutted and annoyed about this as how you can’t just get a phone from your phone shop 🫠 on average from people ordering recently how many days have you actually waited for your phone to arrive??

Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering.

As soon as we receive stock from the manufacturer, we send them out in the order in which they were placed, from oldest to newest.

@AmyLouise28 There out of stock because apple can not produce them quickly enough, don’t forget these devices are not just made for EE.
There is a backlog of orders as demand is really high. Even if you order from apple they are saying you’ll probably get it after Christmas. China has gone into lockdown again and these devices are made there.

I made an order for the iPhone 14 pro max on the 5th of November they had too cancel the order due to not sending me email confirmation, so I reordered on the 11th and I’m still waiting I can’t track to see if device has come in yet or anything, so looks like 21 day wait it is

I’ve ordered my iPhone 14 pro max direct from apple on the 11th November and my iPhone arriving between the 12th and 19th December so I would expect a bigger wait than 21 days if apples own customers are waiting 5 weeks ish

I ordered an iphone pro max on 26th October from EE and have heard nothing yet (awaiting confirmation of delivery date) on the order still. So to date I have already waited 22 days.

Hi, nope nothing. So it's now been 32 days - when I ordered I was told it would be with me within 21 days.

I ordered mine on the 5th they had to cancel the order and then I ordered again on the 10th so that is 18 days total so far.
