Hi i ordered an iPhone 14 pro max 128g purple since 13th October. I was told it will be a 28 days wait. I'm on the 30th day now and still no update on when it's coming. I've called severally and no clear date on when to expect. Just need a rough estimate of when I will be getting it

Welcome to the community,

They are not able to tell you, as there is a delay in production, from what I have read, with China’s strict Covid rules, it also depends how many others are waiting for the product. You may want to take a look at Apple’s website, this may also give you a clearer idea. If EE gave you a rough estimate and it then did not happen, you would not be happy and complain, so that is why they are unable to do so.

You will get notification from DPD once they receive your order for dispatch, the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

I'm already unhappy cause I was told its a 28 days wait and now it's past 28 days and nothing. But its alright, thanks

As @Schockwave mentioned, delivery is dependent on the stock received from Apple (where colour and capacity is taken into account) and time of order, as EE dispatches on first come first serve basis, however I do believe Deep Purple and Space Black models, regardless of capacity, have longer waiting times as they are in higher demand than Gold or Silver.

Delivery issue however is with Apple not EE. Once EE receives the stock, they will allocate to phones and dispatch based on order date at first come first serve basis. No matter how many times you ask, EE won't be able to confirm precisely due to the recent production issues Apple is facing in China..

Hi, just wondering if you have received this yet? I ordered the same model and colour a few days after yourself so just looking to get a rough idea of how the “first come first served” queue system is coming along.
