@Lamprebj13 What colour? Storage size and when did you order as there are waiting times from around 7 days to over 28 days. But this is model dependent.

I've had no tracking update whatsoever since I ordered on the 28th October.

Standard for Apple iPhone orders due to frequent low stock but high demand.

I went for the 256GB Space Black 14 Pro Max.

Waste of time really... no offence, but EE CS are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Just generic "will be within 14/21/28 days" which seems to just keep being extended to fit.

No point saying "delivery expected within 14 days" if 28 days later it still hasn't been dispatched... might as well just be honest with the customer and say "We don't know, we're waiting on stock from Apple".

I don't have any issue with waiting, I'm quite patient. What I can't stand is a network stringing people along with false pretenses in order to secure orders.... I recall placing an order last year for a device which was shown as "in stock" and dispatched within 1 day... 14 days later it still hadn't been dispatched.
