      <description>&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;DPD say I refused delivery yet never rang my doorbell or attempted delivery and the upgraded handset has now been sent back to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do? How do I rearrange delivery. Will you contact me once the phone is received back by you? Will my new contract start date be changed seeing as I haven't yet had the phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
