I ordered an iphone 14 pro max the other day as an upgrade on my contract, i have had a confirmation email but no order number to track my order?

Hello @Wilson2708 ,

Once your order has been processed and on its way, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Deliveries are sent out on a first come first serve, so will also depend how many have ordered before you, and due to strict Covid restrictions in China, there could be a delay as well.

You have not said what colour or storage size, a this could help one of the EE staff here to give you an idea, if they have any, as to whether in stock or waiting for it.

it said on my delivery within 21 days, any update if it will be sooner?

Were you told 21 days at the point of purchase, @Wilson2708?

This would mean within 21 days, so there's a chance it could be a little sooner.

DPD will text you when your order is ready for delivery.

21 days was the correct dispatch guidance at the time of your order. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery date is confirmed.
