hi, ive been waiting for my phone for 4 weeks now and it still hasnt arrived

@zacscarborough , this will depend whether Apple have managed to send out enough phones, due to China having stricken Covid rules, and so Apple are having distribution problems.

Which one did you order, colour and storage size?

Here we do not have any knowledge as this is not customer service and no account access.

You will receive notification from DPD once they have your order, the evening before delivery and another one on they day of delivery with a one hour window.

iphone 14 pro max 128g, i odered it 4 weeks ago before chinas problem

@zacscarborough , that would depend how many were actually sent out and how many ordered before you, as deliveries are done on a first come first serve, and UK and EE are not the only ones selling the phone, it is world wide. It is only a phone after all.
