Ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max upgrade 2 weeks ago and have still not received it also no updates from EE about where my phone is.

I'm sorry that your phone hasn't been dispatched in the estimated timeframe. We're dispatching back orders on a first come, first serve basis and we'll send you a text as soon as your delivery date is confirmed.

This is not what I was promised when doing the upgrade, really disappointed with EE. The fact that no update has been issued since my order is beyond belief.
