Hi there , can someone told me why my order number not working for tracking? It's all ready 2 days after make order and still waiting for phone

Hi, I done online on phone , I ordered iphone 14 pro , black, usually 24hour for dispatch, I only get text message , that my device in on the way , but nothing else, and my tracking number not working

If you download the DPD and enter the email address you used at checkout and the postcode, does this show any deliveries?

On dpd app , if I want tracking , need ref number, what I don't have from dpd yet
