Hi, I have recived a sms fom EE sating my order is on the track, but when i check the link and track my order it just shows order confirmed, devlivery date: AWAITING CONFIRMATION. Please can EE tell are you expecting the ordr to dispacthe or it has dispacthed or you guys are still waiting for stock to come in yet.

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

We cannot tell you here, this is not customer service but a public forum.

Apple are having problems getting these phones sent out to networks, so there could be a delay, as to when you will receive it. You will just have to keep an eye out or ring customer service if you want more information. It will depend when you ordered, as there is a backlog and orders are dispatched on a first come first serve.
