    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed and had confirmation of an order on the 4/11/22&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Arranged that it was delivered to an EE store .&amp;nbsp; Was told the order would be there by the 6th possibly 7th.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Email confirmation that order was on it's way.&amp;nbsp; link to online tracking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Given it was supposed to be delivered by 7th still haven't received a text from DPD or any more communication from EE&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Used online tracker -&amp;nbsp; all I get is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not a phone call, text or email letting me know why the delay.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Why 3 days after the supposed delivery there is such a delay, what is the problem etcetc. .&amp;nbsp; This is bad customer service. As a new customer with EE&amp;nbsp; I would expect a little more courtesy.&amp;nbsp; Updates and information about the order would be nice, but nothing.&amp;nbsp; If it's this bad now should I expect worse to come?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;extremely disappointed.&amp;nbsp; 0/10&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Google pixel 128 lemon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really don't mind waiting, but i open my post today and EE already sent me a bill.&amp;nbsp; How can I get a bill when haven't even taken delivery of phone, let alone set it up. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They're definitely in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day, &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3213057"&gt;@Blkay&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would definitely recommend speaking either to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; for an update, or contacting the store to see if it is there ready to be picked up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The fact that you have received a bill for it leads me to think it could be there ready.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;where is the message from DPD or EE&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;why do I have to do the chasing around?&amp;nbsp; I ordered a service, and i was told &lt;STRONG&gt;I would be informed when my phone was with the store&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; NOTHING. I have already chased around and made 3 extra phone calls to EE over stuff.&amp;nbsp; Spent time on here.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;NOTHING SHOULD BE THIS DIFFICULT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; SURELY EE have the competence to follow through and let a customer know what is going on.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if this is the level of service I can expect, then forget it.&amp;nbsp; I'm disgusted with EE.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How are you even in business if this is how you treat customers?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE need to contact me, I'm done with wasting my time and money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
