Hi I’m just wondering I got a email saying successful order ref and just wondering when will I get the tracking and if I have been accepted

Hi I ordered a sim only plan and I’m getting this message when I try tracking my order. I ordered this a few hours ago and have not received any email about dispatch, is this normal. I also got an email saying successful order so does that mean I have been accepted and if so when will I get the dispatch email

Hi @LoudDog.

If you've had an email then your order will be accepted, unless you get another email stating otherwise.

Your SIM will be sent in the post.

I'm not sure the exact point the tracker will update, @LoudDog, but keep an eye on it.

It can take up to 5 days for a SIM to arrive.

I also got the Xbox game pass ultimate with my sim when will I receive this?

You usually get this 15 days after your order arrives, @LoudDog.
