Hi im eligible for a free upgrade in 2 weeks, im not interested in paying over the odds for the latest phone anymore so ive decided to look at the Samsung galaxy ultra 21. Ive been told its not in stock at the moment. Any idea when they will be in stock as id like to upgrade and the phone be sent out straight away

@Dale28 I wouldn’t be surprised if EE don’t offer this anymore as the device has been superseded by the next top of the range device and it’s usually the old top of the range one that stops being offered. Samsung don’t want to produce the old top model when it’s been replaced. It’s the same with Apple.

It is rather annoying i must admit, think most people would like the new s22 ultra but the monthly prices they're asking for is criminal, im hoping the fact ive been a customer for 11 years and ive never missed a payment they may try and match the offers of other phone companies. Ive seen in a few places its hard to get your hands on a s21 ultra
