    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that, &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2013406"&gt;@maddog11&lt;/a&gt;. It sounds like there could have been a mistake in checking the delivery timescales.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've checked and the Samsung S8 definitely has an estimated delivery timescale of 'within 14 days'.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i upgraded to a new tablet on 7th nov.told in stock next day del.now told samsung s8 not in stock.will take 14 days.but agent not sure.i have 4 accounts with ee.this is bad customer service.....after 27 yrs with orange/ ee i shall close all accounts for good.ee are getting worse.customer loyalty means nothing.......&lt;/P&gt;</description>
