    <description>Thanks for the advice. The EE help desk said exactly the same. I had&lt;BR /&gt;already done that, and as I already stated... I have tried on 3 different&lt;BR /&gt;computers on 3 different networks. So I somehow doubt that is the problem.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am due an upgrade, but i want to switch to a sim only deal. Whenever i try to select 'upgrade' it just says 'that page cannot be displayed'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried to do this on 3 different computers in 3 different locations and get the same result every time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am getting really sick of getting nowhere with this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
