Hi everyone I pre ordered Google Pixel 7 pro 256gd in obsidian black on the 8th of October but have still not had a delivery date confirmed. Is any one else still waiting for their device/ know when it's likely to arrive?

EE's work efficiency is very, very low. I didn't receive the iPhone14 pro max I ordered on October 9. This is completely inconsistent with what they said to be shipped within 21 days, so it is useless to call customer service, they It will only say waiting for dpd information

I have been in touch with customer services a couple times and unfortunately they were not able to advise on when the order is likely to be completed/delivered and could only offer that I should receive tracking information when it's ready for dispatch.
