Hi,

I ordered the 14 pro max on the 8th October with, delivery to store, with no update yet. I’ve since had a text to say my contract runs out on the 18th November. What happens if my contract runs out and my new phone still hasn’t arrived yet? Thanks

The contract will continue until the phone is dispatched and the new plan will start for you.

By placing the order, you have signed up for a 24 month contract. So regardless of the existing contract ending on the 18th November, as you've placed the order for the iPhone you've signed a new contract for 24 months. I seriously doubt you will get the iPhone before the 18th November.

I ordered my 14 Pro Max 256GB Space Black on the 28th October, heard nothing as expected.

Checking stock on Apple's website most of them are not available for delivery until early December, 3rd - 5th.
