I upgraded my iPhone 12 days ago and as far as I can see my order is still pending. It’s iPhone 14 pro max 128gb in purple. Why the delay, anyone know

The current guidance on that model is to expect dispatch in more than 28 days.

If you'd like to look at different colours that will arrive sooner, you can speak with our Customer Care team.

That’s an absolute joke, if I had been told this when I upgraded I would have cancelled my current contract and bought from perhaps the Apple Store. I was led to believe that I would have my upgrade in a few days.

Even with Apple Store there is minimum 4 weeks wait.
