I added an accessory to my plan and received an email but no order number to track it? anyone had this problem? when can I expect my order to arrive

Thanks for coming here.

At the moment, we can only provide tracking for orders including a pay monthly handset.

Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery and provide tracking information.

I believe the latest information was expected dispatch within 2-3 days, but it can take up to 14 days.

DPD will be in touch with delivery information once they have the order ready to be delivered. You can download the DPD app and use the email address as the reference and postcode. This will show you any deliveries for your address.
