I ordered the iPhone14 pro max256G black on October 9th, doesn't ee's official website say that it will be delivered within 21 days? Why I haven't gotten a new iPhone yet

The orders are sent out on a first come, first served basis clearing the oldest orders first.

DPD will be in touch with delivery information once they have the order ready to be delivered.

You can download the DPD app and use the email address as the reference and postcode. This will show you any deliveries for your address.

Don't make a promise since you can't guarantee on-time delivery within 21 days, you can say order this year for delivery next year. Instead of letting shoppers spend every day in anticipation, they are constantly checking whether the information is updated, whether there is delivery, which is really sad.
