I ordered my phone in store on Monday and was sent an order number but when I type it in it says

Sorry, you can't track this order type just yet.

Has anyone ordered this week and received any updates?

I think the issue a lot of people are facing is that there are no updates from EE about Apples stock and we are left in the dark just waiting around, plus that DPD can just text on the day and we may not be in. Surely EE can issue some sort of update to the people waiting, if they have been restocked, how much longer we may have to wait?

The delivery guidance for any new orders is currently showing as 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. The orders are all sent out on a first come, first served basis clearing the oldest orders first.

You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

The pro max 256G deep space black I ordered on October 9th has not yet shown the delivery date, but every week there are messages saying that the order is normal, please be patient.

Wait at least 1-2 months, don't take delivery within 21 days, it's not possible, I've waited a month now and haven't got any date for delivery

'More than 28 days' is the guidance for customers ordering today, @SA129. It has been for some time with that model.
