      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Just ordered phone online then had to call last night - order has gone through but realised I didn't ask about insurance.&amp;nbsp; I really want insurance.&amp;nbsp; Phone will be delivered to EE store Monday...&amp;nbsp; Am I too late to get insurance on it?&amp;nbsp; I'm a bit disappointed the agent I spoke to didn't mention it and I didn't realise until this morning.&amp;nbsp; Please advise&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
