Hi I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max 128 g deep purple nearly 4 weeks ago and was wondering if there you had a rough idea on how much longer I will have to wait for the phone?

Have you tried tracking your order online for an update?

DPD will text you when it is ready for delivery.

I don’t have a tracking number. Have not been given one have rung up about my confirmation email and tracking number but have been told that my order is there but no tracking number is allocated. When I ordered the phone it was saying within 28 days and 28 days will be on Tuesday 8th of nov. I don’t mind it taking its time but would like a rough timeframe

I ordered on the 10th - said 28 days to dispatch. today is day 28 and still no word. 😞

Funny thing is I received a text from EE today telling me my existing contract runs out on the 25th and to contact them about sim only or upgrading ! I do hope this was an automated text messages sent to all.

I ordered mine on 24th October and was given a delivery date of the 7th November (two week wait) however from looking at the threads in here there’s clearly a stock issue and they knew it wouldn’t be with me by then. When I called for an update on Monday (as I’d not received a tracking number) they said the expected delivery times now are 21 days which mean i should get mine either Tomorrow or Monday… That’s if they have the stock.

I wouldn’t mind if they’d have said there’s a wait and it will be over a month I wouldn’t have sold my current phone id have just waited 🙃

The current estimate is 21 days, as you said. Hopefully you hear from DPD soon about a delivery slot.
