i have ordered an iphone 12 which was meant to be next day delivery. I have not gotten any emails or text messages to tell me if my order has shipped or not. also my tracking number does not seem to work on any delivery websites including this. i have phoned ee and they told me it would be here yesterday. i phoned again and now im having to wait a week for my phone

When did you originally order, @janettemacleod? Which colour and memory size did you choose?

128gb black iphone xr. i ordered on tuesday for next day delivery. i want to just know if its on its way and why i cant track or get an email/text message to say so.

I can see from our stock pages that the stock of that model is very low. I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team to make sure the order definitely went through.

my order has gone through as the ee team told me on call that it shouldve been here yesterday but i would like to know where it is. and when it will be here
