The EE Shop shows the current estimated dispatch for the model you have ordered, if you select the correct colour and size.

Once your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking details to arrange delivery.

I ordered on the 16/10/22 Iphone 14pro max 256gb space black still waiting to hear from dpd. Was originally told within 14 days. Rang 150 and was told "might" be this week. Still waiting for it sadly.

Sorry I order iphone 14 Pro max deep purple in 17 October 2022 but now is 4week waiting still not have tracking so I don't now how long need wait for..

@Simona1991 , not sure why you have started two threads with the same question, but you may want to take a look here:

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

It depends what Apple are delivering to networks as to when you will receive your phone, as they are also delivered on a first come first serve.
