IPhone 14 Pro Order

Hi,

Does anyone have a real indication of when the iPhone 14 pro (128GB - Black) will be in stock. When I placed my order it said usually dispatched within 7 days. When it didn't arrive, I was told it was actually within 14 days, and today I have now been told that it could be up to an additional 14 days.

It really isn't great customer service to make commitments to customers that you cannot make. EE is quick to take payment, and an additional legal commitment of 2 years worth of payments from me, but not so quick to deliver product. I would just like a honest answer of when i can expect my phone.

The current estimated timescale for that model is to expect dispatch within 14 days, and that's for people ordering today.

The orders are all sent out on a first come, first served basis clearing the oldest orders first.

Hopefully you hear from DPD about the delivery soon.

This is misleading at best. I ordered 16 days ago when it said to expect dispatch within 7 days. I was then told today by you CS team that i will receive it within an additional 14 days. All im looking for is some honesty around when i will receive my order.

So the reality is that EE has absolutely no idea when they will fulfill orders, and anything reflected on your website is a guess at best?
