Upgrade to IPhone 14

Ordered 4th Oct ….now 30th but no sign of delivery. I’m told “coming soon” , whatever that means….supposed “updates” on emails do not deliver any updated information. I have no idea of the delivery date - could be sometime never….Poor service.

@GerryTStuart All models of the iPhone 14 are available within 1 day only one has a 7 day waiting time. Are you sure you ordered the iPhone 14 and not a iPhone 14 Pro/Max ? As these have different waiting times up to and over 28 days.

Which one is that has a 7 day wait? I ordered a black iPhone 14 and was told it would be delivered today and haven’t heard anything, phoned and one agent says it’s out of stock the other says it’s in, every single person I have spoke to says different things. This is now the 4th time of ordering, I was garunteed it would be delivered today and this morning I was told it may not even be delivered this week. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how long the wait time actually is?

I already did this and they say delivery is scheduled for today they know nothing more than that. But if It was coming today I would have a message from DPD, Which I don’t.

No they weren’t as it hasn’t been dispatched yet but they have no reason for this either.

I’ve now been told all iPhone 14’s are out of stock other than the Red and it will be up to 14 days until it arrives. Strange process this ordering from EE, will not be doing it again, been an absolute nightmare from start to finish and this is me giving them my business and over a thousand pounds for the next 2 years, you’d think I was trying to cancel a contract with how unbelievably difficult it has been.The call centres need to get on the same page and stop giving customers mixed messages constantly.

I was told by an agent in Sheffield this morning the same thing, then I was told by an agent in Newcastle it is out of stock. Mixed messages everywhere so after another 5 calls today I’m no further forward.
